(A) Signed Commercial Invoices, one original and three (3) copies.
(B) Packing Lists, one original and three (3) copies issued declaring gross and net Weight, number of units and the Number of the Ocean Bill of Lading.
(C) Certificate of Quality, Quantity and Weight, one original and four (4) copies issued by SGS or Equivalent Survey Company reporting the goods description, quality, quantity, weight loaded, name of carrying vessel, sailing date and port of discharge.
(D) Certificate of Origin, one original issued or endorsed by the Chamber of Commerce of the country of origin.
(E) Ocean Bill of Lading, three (3) original and three (3) Non-negotiable copies, Full set, Clean on Board, issued to order of the Buyer's bank, blank endorsed and notify the Applicant marked Freight Prepaid, evidencing the L/C Number.
(F) Beneficiary's Certificate confirming copies of the shipping documents were sent by Courier service to the following address:
(G) Courier Receipt proving copies of shipping documents have been sent to the Buyer's Address.
(H). This SOFT Offer is valid for acceptance for 5 Days from the Date of Issue, subject to renewal at the option of the Seller. Otherwise this offer shall lapse
PROCEDURE :
1. Buyer will issue LOI full banking with permission to make soft probe + NCNDA.
2. Seller will issue the Full Corporate Offer (FCO) for Buyer's acceptance.
3. Buyer review accepts, sign, seal and return the Full Corporate Offer and send back to Seller.
4. The Buyer issues R.W.A with a validity of Seven (7) days and including a letter issued by the buyer's bank showing that the buyer has the financial capability to purchase the CEMENT #42.5 mentioned herein.
5. Upon receiving documents mentioned above Seller will issue and provide signed and sealed draft contract for the Buyer's review and acceptance.
6. Buyer review accepts sign. Stamp and return the Draft contract to Seller.
7. Seller issue within 5-7 international banking days the signed, sealed and stamped draft contract and also issue the certificate of Prof of Product being issued on Seller's Letterhead, signed, sealed and stamped by the Seller, signed, sealed and stamped by Official Government Certifying officer and also will be signed, sealed and stamped by 2 Bank Officers of the Seller's Bank.
8. After receiving the Draft contracts the Seller will send four (4) original contracts to the Buyer.
9. After 5-7 international banking days Buyer's bank issue the confirmed, irrevocable, Transferable, Standby Letter of Credit's to the Seller's (-------------) Bank. Seller´s bank will give 2% performance bond for activating L/C's.
10. Delivery commences as per contract,
